Join us every Tuesday night at 6:15, and every other Saturday at 8 AM to train for the SONO Half Marathon! Group runs will be lead by James and Shannon Whipple, race directors of the half and Outdoor Sports Center Scott Maxwell. Get ready to run!
We meet at the Park & Ride on the courner of Route 7 and Wolfpit Road Tuesdays at 6:15 PM to run on the Norwalk River Valley Trail. These runs will vary between 2 and 5 miles throughout the summer.
Saturday Morning Runs
Every other Saturday beginning August 11th, we will be holding longer runs of 6-11 miles on the SONO Half course! We will meet at Lockwood Park- Mathews Mansion in Norwalk* at 8 AM, with different pace groups for every level. The other dates are as follows: August 11th (Hoka Clinic), August 25th (Garmin Clinic), September 8th, September 22nd, October 6th. Please note that we will be capping the groups at 50 runners.

Our group runs are open to all experience levels! Registration is not required to join in on the fun. Make sure to be well hydrated and fueled up before you run. No kids under 18 years old are allowed without a signed waiver or the supervision of a parent or guardian. You can pick up waivers at Outdoor Sports Center, snd we will also have them available at every run.
